Broad sweep accusations without addressing specific details, for things which may or may not be true, and may, or may not have already been confessed and addressed, are not appropriate.
The first requirement is to have your information and evidence in hand, and then address it in the appropriate manner. Are you an eyewitness? If yes, go tell him his fault. If you can't reach him, consider sending a letter and see if he responds appropriately. If you are not an eyewitness, you shouldn't be raising the matter with others.
It appears these simple truths may have escaped your notice, or were forgotten. Hopefully this will help you from spreading gossip, and allow you to get the right results when you have actual first hand evidence of a wrong.
