won't pick up your recycle bin full of plastic bottles and such if it has plastic "bags" in it too.
The poor millennial bich at the City Call center who thinks she's saving the planet gets a lecture back from me she'll never forget.
We are in the midst of a national emergency and the city is leaving 2 weeks worth of unsanitary garbage bins on street curbs.
