supply on hand for emergencies & I guess they figure this qualifies.
It seems to make a lot more sense for earthquakes or hurricanes, etc., but I guess it's possible it could cause supply disruptions.
They shut down factories in China, after all. Perhaps truck drivers or grocery store workers or whatever could have a week or two, perhaps even a month off.
