what are loop holes? not sure,,, for how long did we catch and release? Reagan made a deal with amnesty. however dems didn't do their part and close the border (I know shocking that dems would lie).
constitution says protect our borders. we need to cut off all assistance to illegals (and stop supporting refugees).
if they come across either send back or put in tent prison with minimum standards
