you will find a 15 minute video interview at each of his previous 4 employments. He doesn't deviate, his process is and has been the same. This is one focused guy. If he fails, he found his ceiling. Watch them, think of Odom, and you'll see why, at least I'm convinced, he's the real deal. I'm more worried about Mizzou being a stop along to where he wants to be than of his failing.
