I'm not partisan at all. I just think he is an overwhelming imbecile based on a mountain of observable evidence. He is clearly not well informed nor possesses a high level of intelligence on about any topic, and has the emotional maturity of a child. That isn't a partisan observation of any kind, just a human one.
