My bet is Hillary is waiting for a Biden flameout, horrid gaffe, then get back in has a "moderate", capable of taking on trump.
At this point, she's probably hinting at being vp if Joe survives to win the nomination.
Joe will die, or be declared mentally incompetent very quickly if they someone won.
