He has no soul. He gave it to the black marxist in exchange for being obama's moderate beard, needed to hide obama's extreme marxism.
Biden is maleable. He can take whatever shape is necessary with no qualms about it.
JB will be moderate when necessary and then announce that Beta O'rourke will be his gun guy if that will get him some votes.
If he were to win, he would be a mere figurehead anyway. The congressional colored people's caucus would tell him what to do and who to hire. The DNC would provide talking points, the deep state, reconstituted under the JB administration would run foreign policy.
And they'd all get rich.
