A third of the country will get the virus by the end of the year. That’s 100,000,000 people. If just .05% die, that’s 500,000 deaths. The economy will be severely impacted. We will rebound in 2021 when a vaccine is developed, but there will be panic over who gets it. Old people will be prioritized which will be controversial. There will be hoarding and looting. It will bring out the worst and the best in us. After we hit rock bottom and the crisis starts to subside, the president will give an inspirational speech in front of a burned out Capitol Hill while Will Smith looks on.
