Is Joe Biden colluding with the Russians?

A recent hit piece against Bernie Sanders by the NY Times begs the question. Reportedly, over two decades ago the Russian government closed off public access to official documents from the USSR regime. However, the Times comes out with this story of Soviet influence of Bernie dating back to the 80s.

How is it the Times is able to access these Soviet intelligence documents now? Clearly, they did so only with the acquiescence of the Russian government or 'Putin'! Are the Russians hoping to help Joe Biden in his campaign against Sanders for the Dem nomination? So, is the Biden campaign now in cahoots with Putin? This story, which is obviously intended to harm Sanders' campaign, would not be possible without direct and official, collusion with the Russian gov't? Is this a donation in kind by the RUSSIANS, or were they Bergerlarized? Enquiring minds want to know.
