as President. We are either operating under the current premise that whomever is the President doesn't matter and that its fine to have an incompetant goofball who doesn't know anything, or that someone nobody could envision being President can actually do a decent job if given the chance even if most people think he is terrible. We are past the point of someone needing to appear qualified or competent being a pre-requisite.
