pancake breakfast and we used a powdered/complete batter mix from Sysco. Just add water. Best mix I've ever used.

Took some leftover batter home and could smell the vanilla (which I couldn't make out in the church kitchen with all the other stuff going on).

Been adding vanilla to my batter ever since.
