that is popular in each state. Not sure who that is, but DLB won both states, but didn't get a majority in either state.

Texas is tempting, as DLB was only at 52%, but I'm not convinced it is attainable to flip. Clinton did poorly there.

FL and Penn are pretty big electoral states that are flippable
