I hate to burst your dreams, but dems still have a huge bernie sanders problem.

Namely, even if biden wins nomination on 1st ballot, will all of bernie's voters support him?

Doubtful. They'll stay home.

The real question for your party is will bloomberg be willing to spend another 500 million on biden, dem candidates.
