They apply affirmative action to the process by including super delegates. They cannot rely on the rank and file to have sole responsibility because they do not trust the great unwashed. Their entire process is designed to get rid of the deplorables among them because they are just too stupid to be allowed to make such important decisions on their own.
Please explain why this message is being reported.
