pickle disagreed but didn’t defend his position (perhaps it was late for him and he had other things to do)
It seems a core question to libertarians... can someone be justly infringed upon because of their actions? Pickle seems to be saying ‘no’..... but didn’t elaborate
Can a drunk driver be stopped before injuring someone?
Can a convicted rapist be jailed?
Can a person shoot a trespasser on their property?
Can someone shooting a gun at people be jailed if he hasn’t hit someone?
