I haven't used a 1099 business I setup for over a decade.
State sends me franchise tax forms, reminder to file, despite having zero revenue for last decade.
To shut down the business, they want four forms, plus money.
Only franchise form? Free. So, they get to spend $1.00 a yr, for me to tell them they get nothing.
Which, they already knew.
Yeesh.
