terrible. Saying that they cannot intercede between disputes of the other branches which is horse****.

And they go on to say Congress has other tools at its disposal: marshaling public opinion, withholding appropriations or holding up nominations -- or impeachment.

And all those items were done by the house, minus the nominations obviously.
