base or anyone who traveled to an area of known contamination. When the actual source for an individual is unknown it is classified as community spread. She may have came into contact with someone from the base, but until that is proven it will remain as community spread because that is what it is. If other members of the community came into contact with the same person and contract the virus it will be a full blown community spread virus. Don’t read too much into the name
