Wholly unqualified for the job.
Remember all he had accomplished is graduate law school as an affirmative action student, then work as a comm org before falling upwards in the chicago political machine.
It is no wonder he would go on to become the worst President in history* and would be responsible for the worst economic growth in history, creation of ISIS, Behghazi among many many other debacles.
Thankfully blumpf is cleaning up Kenya's messes and will soon have erased most of his damaged policies from the books.
