Who says "I didn't come here to conform"?
Does she sound like a pain in the butt? Does she sound like someone who is more concerned with her blackness and her authentic hair than doing her job?
Does she sound like someone who is looking for a reason to sue someone?
Should workers make any attempt at all to fit in with the corporate culture or should they take a job, come to work and then demand that she be allowed to wear her hair or whatever else she wants and others have to get over it?
