everybody's feelings.
You would never say anything that would offend a colored guy and we all believe that.
I am sure I have offended a black person before.
What about other groups?
Would you ever say anything to offend a conservative or republican?
Or are they fair game to offend?
No reason to offend a conservative or republican. I know many of them, and am friends with many
Would you ever say anything to offend a soldier?
Or are they ok to offend?
I might state my views against various wars or the size of the military, but I would not intentionally offend. I do not know many in the military, but I did play bingo at the VFW on Sunday and did not go around offending the veterans.
Would you ever say anything to offend a christian?
Or are they ok to offend?
I would not offend a Christian directly. I would simply state I respect their views and viewpoints and wish many of those views to not become law of the land. I know and I am good friends with many Christians.
Ever say anything to offend someone who loves this country?
Or are they fair game to offend?
I love this country, so no reason to offend another lover of this country. I know and am good friends with many lovers of this country.
Ever say anything to offend a trump supporter?
Or are they ok to offend?
Every Trump supporter is different. I do not assume they agree with Trump on every issue. I see no need to offend them, since I do agree with Trump on some of the issues.
Are certain groups more fragile and delicate and more easily offended than others? Is that patronizing in any way?
I would say certain people are more fragile and delicate, and there are representatives in every group, including the ones you named above. If I find someone that is more delicate and easily offended, I find other topics to discuss with them.
Is that just a virtue signal that you are woker than the rest of us?
I don't consider just trying to be a nice person to others as being "woker"
Muzz, gaze, colored people and women may not be offended ever. Friggin ever.
Never said the above. People both offend and are offended on a regular basis. I cannot control what others do and how others perceive things.
Got it.
But what about other groups. Are some groups more equal than others, or more pitiable?
When I have discourse with a person, I generally just try to see them as a person...not a member of a group.
