Basically his only "economic policy" he devised was cash for clunkers.
He also had essentially negative interest rates, which Drumpf is only now coming close to.
After the early growth during his presidency, he began to quickly tank it, and it was on a pretty big downward curve when Drumpf was elected.
Thankfully he's been able to erase most of KB's harmful regulations, which has led to the current boom we are seeing.
