How do we get farmers off of welfare?

Or are small family owned farms the ones getting all of the bailout money? Sounds like it's going to corporate farms and meat packing plants in South America.

My wife's cousin is about to go under with their 2nd generation family farm...might be that $70k truck and $60 SUV they buy every couple of years while living in a 3,500 square foot house they built less than 10 years ago too. Regardless, they continue to fly that trump flag.
