What kind of SUV would you recommend?

I'm getting old and getting in and out of a car sucks when you're tall so I'm thinking of getting a mid-size SUV. I'm trying to decide between an Acadia Denali, Cadillac XT5, or a Lexus RX350? Anyone have any of those models or recommend a similar type of SUV?
