Doesn't matter. Why should anyone think it's ok to run down a police officer?
We'd know more if the officer had drawn down on the driver and planted two rounds through the windshield on the shìtbum behind the wheel.
Where were the parents to not have control on where they were at that hour? Where did they get the car?
