that being "... it does not occur naturally during the evolution of human society but is imposed on nations.." I would imagine it did occur naturally during evolution, as in 100, 50, 10 thousand years ago, when there were no states, many resources available for all and very small groups of people in contact.

Also, I don't understand this at the end: ".. all means of production will inevitably be socialized, and the individual will be coercively subjugated to the collective."

Why? I see no explanation.
