a toxicology report is pending. He has a history of drug use, but there is nothing in the article that says he was under the influence of anything at the time of the accident. Could just as easily be a cell phone or speeding. A "history" doesn't make it true in this situation, although I won't be surprised to find that it is.

My youngest daughter is playing at that tournament this weekend and the KIVA folks are nice people. The girls involved were on their 12 year old team. Such an awful, awful thing.
