Plea is due to Trump. In reality, since Flynn changed his plea the DOJ has to investigate the reasoning for the change. In this case, whether or not there was misconduct with Flynn’s first defense team. They apparently are the ones who counseled him on signing the FARA, and then had to defend him when that was done incorrectly.
