wouldn't have previously authorized that was critical of DLB, DLB would've flipped his schitt like he always does.
but he hasn't. DLB told Barr to intervene on Stone, the DOJ attorneys knew it, Barr lied and said he made the decision previously, and now DLB and Barr cooked up this scheme to try to tamp down dissension in the DOJ
