believes in A,B,C and this group believes in X,Y,Z.
In the main anyway.
The problem, or a problem anyway, is that the politicians will sell out their "beliefs" for power like The Chest did, or for revenge like romney did.
There will be parties whether they are formally R and D or not. Birds of a feather flock together. With no parties, like minded pols would still realize that they are more powerful working together.
