We will see an uptick in crime--an already have. Not necessarily from the new residents but from their guests and visitors. Most have been built close to highway and major feeder roads, so egress is simple for the criminal element.
Dems want multi-family and multi-cultural developments and see the single family neighborhoods as an impediment to their goals.
