Given that I work in agriculture, it is an important issue, and I have seen many seminars on it by other experts. Their angle has not been one of intervention, but how climate change affects agriculture production today and in the future of agriculture and where production may occur in the future.
One example is salmon farming....which traditionally has been in Norway, Canada, Chile, and South of Australia. Warmer ocean temperatures are causing changes in production and some disease pressures...thus the place of future farming is likely going to change...Same with crop and animal production likely.
