cares what players act like after they leave the program. Unless, of course, you don't have a very successful program on the floor.

That attitude won't get you a very long career at a P5 program. It's about putting a product on the floor that people want to see. Winning is a lot bigger part of that than teaching them good manners. As Kim Anderson can firmly attest to.
