Have a friend that just got a guy in from China

an executive from a Chinese company looking to manufacture certain items my friend makes but wants to offshore.
My friends full partner is a Portuguese company that bought into my guys US company to manufacture here .
How the Chinese guy got here --no clue but friends employees are panicked as he may be a carrier. His wife isn't happy either as she is afraid he will get infected with the guy just working at office
Who would have thought I would get involved with coronavirus even indirectly. They are giving the guy an office and using hand wipes and hoping all is ok
