The teacher felt threatened by a six year old with down syndrome pointing her finger like a gun.
Who are these people?
What is wrong with that teacher? Who makes the rules for these idiots?

QUESTION FOR TIGRRRRR, something about this incident being in the kid's permanent record...? How does that work?
May not be a big deal in this case, but if a kid makes an innocent gesture and the cops are called, is that kid marked by the government?
And here's the real question, if the socialists get there way, would the kid be flagged and not allowed to buy a gun when he becomes an adult?
