found the joeboo of mortgage reps

this company, Amerisave mortgage found out I am refinancing my loan (guess they can see this through credit report activity). At first the guy says he can give me like a 2.375% rate vs my current quote of 3.125%. I go to them online and find out they do that through points and it would cost me $10k. No thanks.
Then he says he can save me on closing costs, which is potentially true. He gives me a flat quote of about $2,500 vs the $3,100 of current quote. I ask him for details of the quote so I can compare line items to make sure there is nothing missing. He says it is "box d", which I have no idea what that means. I send him a picture of my current quote, we text some, and he then says he will send an itemized quote and that my lender is not including "everything".
He sends it....almost all of it matches up, and he is now close to $6,000, and still says they are not the same....plus he has a bunch of stuff on escrow and a down payment...saying I would need like $16k at closing.
I send him an email saying basically wtf...his reply was "this was an example" not the actual quote.
I said give me a final quote or I am done (likely done anyways, but let's make him work.
no $5 found..and not really like joeboo….he was very helpful in my insurance comparison last year.
