He's putting the best face on his involvement with Ukraine corruption. Trump fatally wounded his candidacy, with Pelosi's help and Biden's campaign is in freefall. Biden isn't fooling anyone by making jokes about Giuliani. There was only one announced Dem candidate that posed a potential threat to Trump's reelection and now his chances at the Dem nomination are burnt to cinders.
