They go directly … to mandatory treatment, no prison, and we fund it. And we fund it … three days doesn’t get it. It takes at least 60 to 90 days to make any progress. We have to pay for that.”
So the treatment idea isn’t so bad except for the whole government force thing. But, of course, being the good little dem that he is.....he can’t complete his idea without still expressing his desire to take even more of our money. Especially when it comes to making us pay for others’ choices! 🙄
