that blame lies with ncaa refusing to adjust to a different , faster game than it used to be. But their mistakes also are many and consistent on their own.
Example: There are fouls called in last minute, usually in close game, which would NEVER be called at any other point in that same game. That is NOT allowed by any rules.
I could go on for pages on this subject.
