The Real Story on Ukraine - Obama's Secret War?

It is obvious that things went down in the Ukraine that the Deep State is eager to keep covered up. In the linked video below, Glen Beck (yes, I know) makes a pretty compelling case that the Obama administration was clandestinely sending billions to the Ukraine to fund a proxy war against the pro-Russian forces in the eastern provinces who were opposing the Maidan revolution (violent overthrow of the democratically installed Ukrainian government). Especially eye-opening for me was the Kerry quote about how firing the Ukrainian prosecutor (Joe's quid pro quo) was an objective of the entire Obama administration and essential to the success of the revolution. The theory being that they could not have a pesky prosecutor blow the cover on the illegal funding. Beck does a good job of following the money trail, and identifies the head of Burisma as one of the key oligarchs organizing and paying for (with our tax dollars) the private armies fighting the pro-Russian forces.

Why would Obama do this without Congressional authorization? POTUS Trump got congressional support for giving Ukraine lethal military aid, surely Obama could have done the same. One answer could be there were things best kept in the closet; perhaps it was the CIA behind the Maidan massacre and regime change. Another could be doing this in secret opened up avenues for other benefits like increased opportunities for bigger kickbacks (Hunter Biden), diverting money to Soros to fund his undermining of the American Constitutional Republic, etc.
