The OLC ruled that the so-called wb's complaint wasn't an urgent concern so never should have been accepted as such. but even at that, a wb, contrary to dem talking points, has no legal protection of anonymity.

so I'd like to know what legal rationale Roberts relied upon to come to that decision.
