Yes, appeals are a thing, yes the house rushed, yes the WH obstructed.
And if appeals courts ruled the subpoenas were lawful and the WH must submit to them, they still would not have.
If SCOTUS ruled the subpoenas were lawful and the WH must submit to them, they still would not have. You're ignorant to believe otherwise.
