Show up at your company's next board meeting. Let them know you disapprove of the way the CEO is conducting business. Let them know you disapprove of the way they are directing the company. Make sure you let them know you have spoken to others within the company about it and shared your discontent. Let them know you believe the CEO needs to be removed because you don't agree with how he is running the company.

And then let us know how that works out for you.
