vote. That is so silly and pointless. I will give Romney the benefit of the doubt that he voted his conscience. Now the people of Utah, at the appointed time, can decide if they approve of how his conscience guides his decisions and render their verdict. GOP lawmakers should not get emotional and react poorly to Romney's bad decision. The constitution gives people a voice at the proper time.
