"Stick it in, stick it in, stick it in" when we got inside the ten yard line.
Most people thought it was funny and harmless.
One on line hokie was kind enough to tell me that it meant to stick the ball in the end zone. No kidding, pickle.
I saw a girl of about twelve with a t-shirt that said in bold letters, "STICK IT IN, STICK IT IN, STICK IT IN."
Very clever.
Anyway i was not the only one who thought it was an embarrassment. And i was not the only one who voiced my displeasure to the university.
We don't have that cheer any more.
