Trump is simply a simplistic buffoon who doesn't know what is going on most of the time. He isn't the problem, its the people who enable his behavior and who have been so treasonous in pursuit of their own agenda that keep putting him in positions to make a fool of himself. Of course an imbecile is going to come off as an imbecile, even prior to starting to lose their mental facilities.
