b/c Bolton wouldn't submit a sworn affidavit. Thanks for confirming that he wasn't needed as a witness, b/c he wouldn't have said sh*t under oath. I can't wait until he ignores Nadler's subpoena if he sends one. He'll be hated by the left once again.
