Had a guy give me his brother's name & DOB once.

Speeding. No DL on him was the claim. He had a warrant.
Wrote the ticket to his brother and his brother found out. Dragged his ass to the PD to get it straightened out because he didn't want a ticket on his record.
So he got the ticket, arrested for the warrant, and charged with false impersonation.
And the reason he was speeding came out. His dad leased the truck from a Ford dealer for his transmission shop. His dad disconnected the speedometer cable to keep the mileage down on the odometer per the lease agreement. So they got charged with odometer tampering too.
