We have an average rating of 2.88. I would round up to 2.9 but I'm sure the two hundredths of a point has a real scientific meaning. When you look at teams ranked 20-25 spots ahead of us they ballpark average 3.0 - 3.1. I don't think it means crap. I feel confident our class is not in the Top 20-25 in the country. That's where I want to be eventually. 56 versus 43 versus 37 doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot. The guy we just beat AL and TX for had a lowly ranking after an uninspiring junior year. Suddenly Saban's visiting his house but he's still a low 3 star.

Please explain why this message is being reported.
